1. Accounting Staff

Job Description :

- Provide all financial and accounting requested and report

-Manage company cash flow

- Responsible in company payment

Requirements :

- Minimum diploma degree, fresh graduate are wellcome to apply

- Will be advantage if any working experience in the related filed

- Preferably specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent

- Familiar with accounting system/software

- Can work under pressure

- Can join as soon as possible

2. Customer Care

Job Description

Manage all user inquiries coming in from various channel including but not limited to chat, email, call and messaging platform

Ensure end to end fulfillment of all customer orders

Design and optimize new and existing customer service process.

Requirement

- Minimum diploma degree, fresh graduate is wellcome to apply

1-2 years relevant experience in Customer Service

- Active in Social Media (Instagram & Facebook)

- Highly organized with extreme attention to detail

- Data-driven with excellent analytical and communication skills

- Must be a problem solver
