JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Analyze and summarize the financial data (financial models, projected income statements, costs, etc.), taking into account the objectives of investment & cooperation
Prepare periodic financial reports at the school, university, and segmented reports that will be submitted to the Director and VP
Reviewing and analyzing supporting data to prepare financial reports in accordance with investment / cooperation requirements and accounting standards and applicable tax regulations
Assist the Director and VP in general administration related to cooperation with external parties and the school development PIC, with companies, regulators and business partners, and attend at internal and external meetings
Provide alternatives and recommendations for cost management and improve financial performance on projected data created or on financial compilations prepared for Investors or PICs for school development
Collect and summarize data to compile financial risk management in a project, develop financial models, conduct bench-marking and process analysis (management accounting)
Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models, identify trends and recommend actions based on good analysis
Analyze forecast, the actual result compared to the budget, proposing ideas that affect long-term and strategic decision making in the required scope

REQUIREMENTS :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance from a reputable university
Demonstrates spiritual maturity and godly character
Have relevant experiences 1-2 years in Finance Area (preferred)
Detail oriented, team player, and has concern for order
Have a good communication skills, analytical skill, financial literacy skill, Accounting skill
Understand calculating budgets vs actual and its financial impact, cost analysis and reduction
Have a general knowledge of cash flow and a GL, recon and reading bank statements
Understand mathematical & statistical formulas involved in modeling, forecasting, projection
Proficient in written and oral English
